Extra Large ceiling fixture by Luminarias Novalux, Italy. Estimated 1990s. This is a super large lamp, will be suitable for large spaces, restaurant etc.
Material:
white opaline acrylic and metal base. Works with circle tubular fluorescent lamp bulb (not supplied)

For hardwiring.
Condition:
There is a crack on the side, it won´t be visible when the lamp is installed.
