Cancellations

You may cancel your order by writing to us before your order has been dispatched. We can not cancel orders after they have been dispatched. In case of cancellation, we will fully refund you.

Returns for exchange or refund

We only accept returns from EU-based customers (this exclusion is not extended to non-EU customers who receive a damaged order).

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you are entitled to return it for a refund (not including shipping) or exchange. You will need to express your desire to return the order within 7 days and ship it back to us no later than 14 days. You will be responsible for the costs or any eventual damage that may occur during return shipping.

Refund in case of shipping damage

If your initial order arrives damaged, you will be entitled to a full refund including shipping costs. You will need to provide clear photographs of the damage, including the condition of the packaging within 2 days.

  All return and claim time windows are valid from the date on which your order arrives with you.
