Cancellations

You may cancel your order by writing to us before it has been dispatched.

Returns for exchange or refund

We accept returns from EU-based customers

Please express your desire to return the order within 7 days and ship it back within 14 days. You will be responsible for the costs or any eventual damage that may occur during return shipping. Once we have received the product, the cost of the product, excluding the shipping, and restocking fee (10%) will be refunded to you.

Refund in case of shipping damage

If your initial order arrives damaged, you will be entitled to a full refund including shipping costs. You will need to provide clear photographs of the damage, including the condition of the packaging within 2 days.

All return and claim time windows are valid from the date on which your order arrives with you.
