CANCELATIONS & RETURNS

We offer Stripe, PayPal and direct bank transfer payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits you best. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your orders and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

We will choose the best shipping routes, rates, and handlers to make sure you receive your order quickly and securely. Sometimes we will not use the cheapest shipper if we have doubts about the quality of their service. We usually ship orders within 3 working days, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 3-5 working days in the EU and 5-7 days in the UK and USA/Canada. Please note that outside the EU the package may be held in customs clearance and the delivery time extended.

All orders are sent by registered shipping option and a tracking number is provided.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order by writing to us before it has been dispatched.

Returns for exchange or refund

We accept returns from EU-based customers

Please express your desire to return the order within 7 days and ship it back withig 14 days. You will be responsible for the costs or any eventual damage that may occur during return shipping. The cost of the product excluding the shipping will be refunded to you.

Refund in case of shipping damage

If your initial order arrives damaged, you will be entitled to a full refund including shipping costs. You will need to provide clear photographs of the damage, including the condition of the packaging within 2 days.

All return and claim time windows are valid from the date on which your order arrives with you.
