A charming vintage small coffee table featuring a distinctive red-painted tabletop that brings a bold touch of colour to any interior. Its compact size makes it a versatile piece, ideal as a coffee table, side table or accent table in a living room, bedroom or reading corner.
This table was surprisingly made of several types of wood, which happened quite often in the 1950s-60s. When the old varnish was stripped, we discovered beautiful wood. The wood has been treated with linseed oil wax, which is the most organic and natural treatment for the wood, which acts as a sealer as well. The top unfortunately didn't survive, so the new top has been cut from the plywood and painted bright red.
A unique decorative piece for those who appreciate vintage furniture, thoughtful restoration and objects with character.

The structure of the opening of the tabletop was not 100% symmetrical, therefore there are small gaps between the tabletop and the frame, see the photo.
